Autism-Friendly Things to Do in St. Petersburg, Florida

St. Petersburg has one genuinely excellent program: Great Explorations closes the museum to the public for sensory mornings, which is a stronger accommodation than the more common approach of simply opening early. Beyond that, Pinellas County and the wider Tampa Bay area fill things out. Planning around bigger venues? Our guide to sensory-friendly programs at theaters, stadiums, and museums covers the national programs that reach St. Petersburg too.
