Applied Behavior Analysis is the most-studied autism intervention and one of the most contested. In Cincinnati, ABA is available through Cincinnati Children's-affiliated programs and many private clinics — and it's funded through several Ohio-specific pathways. Hopebridge runs three centers serving the Cincinnati metro — Milford, Mason, and Edgewood, KY (the Edgewood site is regional, across the river in Northern Kentucky). ABA is the core service, with occupational and speech therapy offered at some but not all locations, so confirm which services your nearest center actually staffs. Ask about BCBA caseloads and whether you can observe sessions.
