Indiana quietly runs one of the largest disability education accounts in the country - up to $20,000 a year for a student with a disability - and from 2026-27 it is administered by the state Department of Education. Fort Wayne has no dedicated autism day school, so the INESA is the lever that actually opens options here. Applications for 2026-27 ran 1 March to 1 September 2026.
