City of Raleigh Specialized Recreation Services offers adaptive swim lessons and stroke development for individuals with disabilities at Buffaloe Road, Millbrook, Optimist, and Pullen aquatic centers. Registration or accommodation requests should reach the city at least two weeks before the program starts.
