Augusta does not have a dedicated autism school, and pretending otherwise would waste your time. What Georgia does have is two separate scholarship programs that can follow your child to a private school - the SB 10 Special Needs Scholarship and the newer Georgia Promise Scholarship. Understanding both, plus the Richmond County IEP process, is where the leverage is.
