Autism resources in Flint: a starting point for families

If your child was recently diagnosed, or you are still waiting on an evaluation, Flint has a more established set of autism services than families sometimes expect — anchored by Hurley Children's Hospital, Easterseals MORC, and the county's community mental health system. We wrote this as a starting point, not the last word. Michigan has one of the stronger Medicaid autism benefits in the country, and knowing how the pieces connect in Genesee County up front saves a lot of early frustration.
