Autism resources in Ann Arbor: a starting point for families
Ann Arbor has an unusual concentration of expertise for a city its size, largely because of the University of Michigan. That is genuinely good news — but it does not automatically make the path simple. Waitlists at the most sought-after clinics can be long, funding still runs through the same Michigan systems everyone else uses, and knowing whether to start with U-M, a private clinic, or the county's Community Mental Health agency makes a real difference. We have written this as a starting point to help you get oriented, not as the final word.
